WHAT IS A GUARDIAN PUPPY AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

A guardian puppy is a specific puppy chosen by the breeder which will be added to their future breeding program. 

This puppy would be placed in a loving qualified home for a small fraction of the regular purchase price ... they would agree to keep her safe and bring her back to be bred and again to birth and raise her puppies here till weaned. She would have a set number of litters as set out in the written contract and once the contract was complete, the dog would be signed over to the family.
